Is a revival of humanist classical education working to destroy home education and Christian education in this country?  A catalog promoting “classical education” announces that “humanism is exactly what is NOT wrong with the modern world and modern education.”   Chrysostom Called the Greek philosophies as worthless as dogs.  Augustine calls Homer “a torrent from hell.”  And Jerome called the Greek poets “The food of the demons.”  Martin Luther referred to Aristotle as a devil from hell.
