Welcome back to this episode of The Gathering Tabernacle podcast. On today's episode we have guest speaker, Bishop Lance Johnson teaching about prayer. It may not be what you think about how to pray, but more of how to change your heart to pray. Every good work of God comes from the foundation of prayer. We are here to focus on how Jesus showed us how to pray and not religious begging. We expect/beg God to heal our family of sicknesses but you can't be the hands of Jesus if you are not spending any time with Him. If you cannot pray in public, it is because you do not pray in private. Religious praying tells you that you cannot overcome flesh, but Bible says you can overcome all things through Him who gives you strength. Prayer is communion, not seeing what good things you can manipulate out of God. You are able to hear from God when you have a lifestyle of prayer. You can't blame God for your struggles because your battles are determined by your prayer life.
