Welcome back to The Gathering Tabernacle podcast. Have you ever felt the feeling of just being crushed and wanting to quit? You know that some things you're hearing are not from God, but you aren't sure how to get away from it or how to move forward. The problem may not be others but yourself. What's your heart posture towards a move of God? Being a follower of Christ doesn't mean we have that good 'feeling' all of the time. Sometimes we are on the operating table and God is performing heart surgery on us. He sometimes has to take what was once hard and He's going to soften it for you if you are a willing vessel. Most of us are raised with a performance mentality. He doesn't want your performance; He wants your heart. Staying in the routine of performance will get too heavy and crush you. Your obedience to Him is greater than sacrifice. You do NOT have to be clean to come to Jesus. He wants you to come to Him the way you are and He will clean you.
