She also thinks it's essential to remember our progress during hard times and appreciate every little success. Arora says eating healthy and sleeping well are a great combo for success. She believes challenges make us stronger and that life is all about learning and growing. Lastly, she encourages us never to give up and to celebrate every achievement, no matter how small.

About Chahat Arora:
Chahat Arora, who is currently the fastest female breaststroker of India. She has been swimming since the age of 4. She recently won a gold medal at national games in Goa. Last year she participated in her first World Championships in Melbourne where she broke 2 short course national records. She even broke 2 national games record last year in Gujarat. Her career’s turning point was in 2015 when she won Gold medal in National games in Kerala, and since then she has dominated breaststroke swimming events.
