In this edition of our continuing celebration of Series III’s 25th anniversary, we sit around in the audio nip to talk about Polymorph for our latest commentary.
Series III shows a very conscious aping of Alien in it’s design, so it seems only fitting that it’s third episode should be a direct spoof of the film. It’s also arguably the point at which the show switches into the action-adventure mode that would become a staple of the show in later series. All this combined with scenes that garnered some of the biggest ever audience reactions certainly makes this show something of an important milestone.
