They also recap some interesting presentations from the Illinois Obesity Society Summit, where they recently met in person!Bio: Leslie Golden, MD, MPH is Board-certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. Dr. Leslie Golden uses her medical expertise in combination with graduate-level training in behavior change to help patients manage the disease of obesity and prevent the many diseases associated with it. Dr. Leslie Golden is passionate about increasing awareness of metabolic and weight health as the Chair of the Obesity Medicine Association’s National Advocacy Committee and Founder of the Wisconsin Obesity Society. She recently received the honor of being named a top obesity medicine specialist by Women in Medicine.
