In this episode, we talk with Nakia Laubscher, the owner of Chefate, a company that helps individuals create personal and easy meals.  Nakia graduated from Johnson and Wales University Denver with a degree in Food Service Management. Her entire career has been spent in the food industry - from a small town cafe to hotel & casino banquets, to museum food service, to dessert research and development. “Food connects us to our land, to our well-being, and to each other.
