John worked in the legal world and built debt recovery & litigation businesses that thrived, but he burned out after years at the top. He sold his business and left the legal industry.
John says “when we lose, we win” because he sees setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow. From there, John went on to study for a degree, an MSC and is now researching a Ph.D. project on burnout and into how to develop resilience and high performance within organizations and avoid burnout.
John has identified three key variables (IQ, EQ, and PQ) that are important in developing resilience, creating high performance, and preventing and treating burnout. John uses the worlds leading technology to measure psychology and physiology on a digital platform. This leads to specific, accurate, and powerful interventions that have life-changing effects.
