She has had a really amazing career, and after 8 years at Soul, went on to her role as Chief Brand Officer at Rent the Runway, and is now leading marketing for Harry’s new launch, Headquarters. We talk a lot about how good marketing and hospitality go hand in hand, what it was like in those early days, and how SoulCycle was able to effectively scale, and whether or not good press has to be bought.
