Gaurav Hinduja co-founded axio (formerly Capital Float) in 2013. Under his direction, the company has grown to become India’s leading digital finance company with over 7 million credit customers. As the Managing Director of axio, he continues to drive leadership in the Fintech space through numerous strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Amazon. Gaurav holds an MBA from Stanford University and graduated from Christ University in Bangalore with a distinction in commerce. Having completed the Ironman 70.3 in France and Dubai, Gaurav is deeply passionate about fitness and dedicates time to train rigorously for triathlons.

He turned his life and his business around - starting by taking on the Ironman Triathlon, aligning his business goals with his endurance goals.
