We all make mistakes, anything from being late to the meeting, to entrusting a person to do the job they are not suitable for. Usually, no mistake can be such that can not be solved, often a simple conversation or a carefully worded email can do, yet if you have ever felt you made mistakes it may feel like the end of the world, can you relate? So how do we go about managing the mistakes without feeling negative about correcting them? Or how do we even identify the mistakes before they are too late to correct?
