First from higher ed to healthcare, then from healthcare to tech. I reduced the time it took me to get each job offer from over four months to 90 days on the dot. This episode is all about the strategies I used to get each of those job offers, including the one thing that I did that was the most effective and, once implemented, was what made the difference in helping me secure the job offer each time. I also talk about the many, many mistakes I made in my job search the first time, and how I was able to course correct the second time around.
