Long-time listeners may be familiar with Tom quitting KQ every few months.  We call this a negotiation breakdown.  Anyone can learn to be a good negotiator, they just need to learn how.  Well, Mickey doesn't have a book, strangely enough.  But he does have some wisdom.  He negotiated a hostage release with North Korea, so he'd know how to make a deal.  He also knows Bright, a platform to interact with educators, experts, and creators.  Think of it like Zoom, except instead of accidentally taking a video of yourself changing, you're learning something.  We'd call that an improvement.
