9-7-25 - From Potter's Clay to Forest Cycles: Embracing Change

Listen "9-7-25 - From Potter's Clay to Forest Cycles: Embracing Change"

Episode Synopsis

The readings for this week for the Thirteenth Sunday after Pentecost are Jeremiah 18:1-11 and Psalm 139:1-6, 13-18, or Deuteronomy 30:15-20 and Psalm 1, with Philemon 1:1-21, and Luke 14:25-33.  This week we talk about the example of a dead tree and what that can teach us.  What appears to be "dead" still can provide a lot to the living and is seen as a vital part of the tree cycle.  It is a very important part for many parts of God's creation being part of a life/death/life cycle.  Thanks again for taking the time out to listen to this and I hope this is a tool that you find useful.

Remember to answer this week's question:
Where do we need to put something down to allow something to grow? #FaithandSciPod
