Breathwork (Wim Hof method; Kim Anami style), taking things one step at a time, gathering information and trusting the process are strategies I use to keep from being overwhelmed.
I recorded today's episode from a trailhead in an undisclosed location as I watched the colors start dancing on the incredible geologic formations.
