This week Mike's guest is Aaron Franklin, Austin Royalty, and one of the most influential pit masters in the history of BBQ. He's been in a Chase Sapphire card commercial, performed on several cooking shows, had a cameo opposite Robert Downey Jr. and Scarlett Johansson in the 2014 film Chef, and produced a best-selling cookbook since founding a restaurant in 2009 and is just an all-around interesting guy.
