Anyone who knows me knows that music and sound is a large part of my life - from my childhood desire to play any possible musical instrument I could to producing and publishing my own music, to now founding the Ethical Change Agency which is centred around a recording studio for podcasting and music production. In recent years, my healing journey led me to Amanda Mackay who is a Sound Healer who helps strip away inherited beliefs and helps you get to the core of who you really are and to express that.
