Regardless of your age, demographic, religion or your current size, I think it’s fair to say that we as women ALL at some point or another have struggled... or still struggle,.. with our body image, what we look like in and out of clothes,  and loving the skin we have been given.  Finding freedom from the conflicts ingrained in us from our environment and mainstream media has kept psychotherapists, social workers and pews filled for years with people looking for answers.  In 2016, 46% of ALL ADVERTISING on any platform was for diet pills.  And just after most of us have dropped our new year's resolutions to “get in shape” (80% of adults)...   This couldn’t be a better time to have this conversation with our Body Image Specialist today.  It’s not a joke - body image is real and we are going to talk about it and how to start getting a handle on it today with our veteran psychotherapist and body image expert.
