Ivana Orlovic and William Hubbell, the co-founders of Seattle-based food truck company Sugar + Spoon, found their way to entrepreneurship and creating a food truck brand thanks to some gut instinct  –– while gunning for a good grade in a business class.
What started as a class project is now a successful, multi-truck business (with a pop-up shop at their old alma mater, too!) that has not only survived a pandemic but thrived through it.
