Although we automatically think of speaking, communication rarely transmits a message from point A to point B; language only makes up a small percentage of how people express themselves to those around them.The intention is what drives meaningful communication. How we want to show up in our various relationships or your expectations for the experience you’ll have during the day affect how we interact with the people in our sphere. Creating situations by design means you are not falling back on automatic reactions developed by your upbringing.
