So much so that upon leaving university he got a job working for Inchacape, the UK-based, global car distribution company which is now making its presence known within Latin America with the recent acquisitions of Derco and Ditec. It was at Inchcape that he met his now business partner, saw a gap in the market to improve customer parcel delivery service and founded his startup, Hi-Post or The Last Mile, a company that takes charge of customer parcel delivery for the last mile of its journey.In this weeks  episode of The Business Breakfast, I talk to Ivan about the development of his company, funding techniques, sustainability and his vision for the future. I would also like to congratulate Ivan on his ability to communicate in English and for showing the courage and confidence to participate in this interview. Although English is not his first language, he demonstrates what we at Pitt English believe in - that English is a tool to communicate an idea and not a language to master.
