Listen "Evidence-Based Biohacking Pt. 2: BioLight Study Results, Heart Rate Variability & Biometric Data w/ Kevin Longoria"
Episode Synopsis
In the second portion of this two-part episode on The Red Light Report, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Biostrap's Chief Science Officer, Kevin Longoria, where we take a deeper dive into biometrics, heart rate variability and the exciting results of the research study BioLight recently completed with Biostrap Labs. In the study, we ended up garnering different results than we initially hypothesized, but may have yielded results that are actually far more exciting and carry profound implications for your overall health -- especially considering the fast-paced, hectic world we live in today. Listen to this episode to find out what we discovered about BioLight panels and uncovered about red light therapy!
