Listen "Creating Ceremony Around Change (Live from Downtown Chicago)"
Episode Synopsis
In the hustle and bustle of modern society, it's hard to slow down and let big changes sink in. We are constantly hopping from one to do list to the next, one project to the next, or one holiday party to the next, eager to do it all.
But when big change is happening, whether that be through choice, opportunity, or unforeseen circumstances, it can be difficult to carve out time to fully process the moment.
I was certainly feeling this way last week when I recorded this episode. I was 3 days out on leaving Chicago for my big nomadic adventure and had this realization that I hadn't processed the massive change I was choosing to make in my life.
Lo and behold, a spontaneous trip downtown Chicago to some of my favorite holiday haunts both helped me mark this momentous occasion and inspired this episode for you.
So tune into this week's episode live from Pritzker Pavilion in Downtown Chicago. And don't worry... the ambulance noise is not for me.
