In this episode, we speak with Michelle Valiukenas, a madre of a little boy and an angel baby named Colette.  She decided to say EFF IT to following all the rules after having lost her daughter 9 days after being born.  She had done everything by the book before that moment, and realized that no matter how hard you try and follow all the advice, nothing is guaranteed.  So, she left her job and started The Colette Louise Tisdahl Foundation in honor of her daughter to help families who have experienced child loss through financial assistance, education and advocacy.  You just have to EFFing take it one day at a time, be kind yourself, and surround yourself with people who are there for you.
