Skylar Lewis, CEO of Superior Restoration and founder of Rise Up Kings, shares some of his lowest lows and the process through which he rose from those depths to be a stronger leader and build a better organization.   

Skylar shares how being transparent with his companies financials has opened up new opportunities for organizational growth. By assigning every team member a line item in the budget that they report on, are responsible for and bonus based upon team performance, he has seen returns on employee engagement and profitability.
