Like a lot of people, Ric was pursuing another passion before ultimately finding his true love in the pizza business. He started his career as a lawyer in the technology space, working on patents and intellectual property. That in itself was an amazing story, as he worked multiple side hustles just to keep afloat while learning the business. Within a year of grinding it out, Ric was being invited to speak on well renowned panels. His passions shifted however, as he began to work more closely with his family’s small pizza business. He eventually moved full time into the pizza business and has built a powerful regional pizza brand with eyes on taking it national. It’s an amazing story of grit, determination, and “get it done at all costs” mentality.
