They say that the person with the plan always succeeds. I'm curious though, what does planning mean for you? For those who have worked with me, you know I'm an odd type who loves a good strategy but I’m someone who also finds it enjoyable to think on the fly. Which personally I think brings out the true entrepreneur part of my mind. The problem solver, because, let's be honest, as entrepreneurs we are problem solvers. We would have gone into business if we weren't. At some level, you are solving a problem for your audience, your clients, and beyond.
