He leads a multidisciplinary team of over 60 professionals, responsible for delivering a pipeline of more than 12,000 diverse and affordable new homes across Perth’s key growth corridors. Col is also driving Stockland’s focus on mixed-use town centres and medium-density developments in both greenfield and infill locations across the city.Prior to his current role, Col held senior positions with Stockland in Queensland, as well as in local government.
