As a business psychologist and business informatics, Dr Karen Eilers loves working on challenges and solutions for leaders, teams, and organizations undergoing agile transformations. A key aspect of her work is researching the agile mindset. In addition to her research, she is actively involved in teaching, training programs, and supporting companies in her role as the head of the Institute for Transformation in Hamburg. Her goal is to transfer scientific insights into practice, providing effective support for transformation processes.
