Listen "18 - Catharine Gerhard on Leaning Into Fear, Self-Discovery, Adventure, Podcasting & More"
Episode Synopsis
Catharine’s always up for an adventure and sees it as a playground for self-discovery and growth. She’s a working business professional by day and a part-time adventurer by night. Life took a change when she found herself rebuilding her life after the end of a 15-year marriage. Since then she’s been following her childhood passion for the outdoors and has dived into rugged adventures (backpacking, rock climbing, and mountain bike riding).
Her curiosity drives her to try new things and she’s up for many challenges including overcoming her fear of heights. She’s the Producer and Co-Host of the LiveWild Radio podcast with her partner in crime, Winston. Together they travel to meet other adventurous souls to chat about their wildest ideas worth living. Along for the ride, she tows her two young cubs under the ages of 9, for one hell of a life-long lesson!
Please enjoy this wide-ranging conversation with Catharine.
