Cardinal Sarah says if we remain ourselves, we are full of noise, conceit and anger.  One way to surrender more fully to God, is to prostrate ourselves.  Lay down in front of the Tabernacle, lay down in front of Jesus in the Monstrance on our faces and surrender fully to Him.  This posture is one that I often take during Adoration, to lay down at His feet.  I have prayerful experiences while in this posture.  One was Jesus was standing in front of me and I laid down prostrate at His feet, grabbing His ankles with my head touching His feet, just telling Him I give You my whole self.   He grabbed my hands and had me stand up so He could embrace me.  I think sometimes when we are struggling and are having a hard time surrendering a situation to Jesus, taking on this posture can help us do it.  We are opening ourselves up to surrendering to Him through prostrating ourselves.   What do you need to fully surrender to Jesus?
