About Hywel:
Hywel is Senior Vice President of Global Data & Analytics at GEMS Education based in Dubai. He joined GEMS Education in 2017 where he oversees the organization’s data and analytics capabilities across both the commercial and education spheres. His role includes working closely with colleagues from across the business supporting the delivery of key priorities by developing insightful and analytical solutions that provide the right people with the right information at the right time.

Prior to joining GEMS, Hywel worked in the UK Civil Service and has 15 years of experience working in data and analytics in both the public and private sectors. Hywel also brings experience in policy and strategy development, project management, and research.
