Today's Promise: Romans 6:6-7 You are no longer a slave to sin. When Jesus died on the cross, He not only paid the penalty for your sin but broke the power sin has over you. You are free from the chains of sin because Christ has set you free. Satan has no power over you. His kingdom is defeated. When Satan brings temptation your way, you have victory over it. You will still be tempted, but because of Christ's work in you, you, you have power over every temptation. You are no longer a slave to sin. Live in the freedom Christ has provided.
