Today's Promise: 2 Corinthians 5:18 You might notice the word "reconcile" in this promise. It is not a word we use a lot. It means to bring together or to change thoroughly. God has reconciled us to Him. Through Jesus Christ, although we were once enemies, we are now friends of God. Since you are a new creature and have the righteousness of Christ in you, God has called you to a ministry of reconciliation. You are to help move your friends, neighbors, and acquaintances to be reconciled to God.
