It talks about the fact, we in a world where no one is majorly trying or making efforts to understand or help people anymore, cause it doesn’t seem like the regular language we understand, which is the ‘voicing out’ or ‘cry’
So it’s just to tell you there is more than one language to ask for help and we need to pay attention more when we see more of this signs or language being spoken in their own way.
