Hailing from Canberra, Australia, Aims Watts has lived in six different countries and is about to make Fiji the next! Her most long-lasting home outside Australia has been Japan, where she started Indy Bindy Fabrics, featuring unique fabrics lovingly made by extraordinary artisans throughout Japan.

Aims's love of fabrics and sewing drives her creative work, and people seek her out for her help in crafting pieces they truly love. For Aims, it comes down to three things: expressing who she is through the clothing she creates, supporting indie artists who create the fabrics in her shop, and sparking the creativity of other sewists through her signature membership, The Sewciety.
