Storm, a cosplayer from North Carolina, is here today. He was first introduced to cosplay by two of his friends in 2009, who told him about cosplay conventions and what they were. After moving to North Carolina in 2010 and setting up internet access at his new residence, he began researching everything there was to know about cosplay. Storm, who enjoys video games, chose to model himself after one of his all-time favorite characters, Link, from the Legend of Zelda series for his first-ever cosplay.
