Cheranissa is the Chief Executive Officer of My Coach Char a life and business coaching organization for moms. She spends her days helping to bring equity to the areas of entrepreneurship and workforce development for those who are without it. She has a Master of Science Administration Degree and is a certified Diversity Trainer and certified Wellness Trainer. She is also a Certified Life Coach and published Author. Coach Char has 15 years of experience coaching women in business and through life transitions. She has helped over 700 people launch small businesses and over 400 women improve their personal lives.
