Getting ready for the new year is always one of my favorite things. There's just nothing like the quiet of the inbox around the holidays and the behind the scenes planning that goes on.  The biggest downside, I think, is that there are so many possibilities. It's tempting to start everything fresh and to change course completely. This year I'm taking a bit of a different approach. I'm looking at some of the little things in my business and my life and planning next year based on those. They include my values, my calendar, my goals and all those things that I keep meaning to do differently but never do.
