The 1980s were a dangerous time to be a child in Ohio. Throughout the decade, several young girls were abducted, raped and murdered in seemingly connected crimes. Although one man, Robert Buell, would be convicted and sentenced to death for one of these crimes, some investigators believe Buell had an accomplice who was never caught.
