Jace chats with Gus Rios, veteran heavy metal musician about bring Zartan to life. Gus is a lifelong fan of the G.I. Joe franchise and the perfect choice to portray the leader of the Dreadknoks, He talks about his love of the franchise and how much joy it has brought him over the years. The Cold Slither concert was a sold out affair and Gus gets candid about the overwhelming emotions of the show and how it felt to bring one of his favorite characters to life. It is easy to see that Gus was humbled by the resception and very grateful for all the fans that turned our for the show and came by his booth at SDCC 2025.
