Atheists have no way of explaining the origin of evil.  However, we know what the origin is from the Bible.  The entrance of evil into the universe began with Satan followed by Adam and Eve in the Garden of been.  When Adam and Eve sinned they brought the corruption into the entire universe and as our federal heads brought the sin nature upon every human being.
