Listen "Episode 0x09"
Episode Synopsis
Welcome to another episode of the Screenly Changelog.
This month, we're gearing up for our first-ever appearance at Infocomm 2025 in Orlando. It's a big step for us, and we're looking forward to connecting with customers, showcasing our latest Edge Apps, and sharing what we've been building behind the scenes.
We've officially launched the Screenly Android app, furthering our mission to go hardware-agnostic. Now, users can turn Android devices and smart TVs into powerful signage players with no extra hardware needed.
Viktor took vibe coding for a spin using tools like Cursor to build real Edge Apps in real time. From sensor dashboards to custom toggles, these experiments show just how fast teams can go from idea to on-screen output.
We've also made significant improvements to Screenly Anywhere, including better screen health monitoring and diagnostics. These changes help teams keep tabs on browser-based screens with more visibility and less guesswork.
Our Zapier integration is now fully public and searchable, opening up new automation possibilities for content management and screen updates using tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, and more.
Screenly is now SOC 2 certified, reflecting our ongoing investment in security, transparency, and operational maturity.
