Gareth is a British Army veteran who served for 20 years, including 15 with the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, and was frequently deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. The losses and difficult experiences, along with a history of a challenging environment growing up on a rough council estate in England, with a autoritative mother and a father with a fiery temper, eventually led to a diagnosis of PTSD for himself.  His own journey of trauma recovery led him to embrace Rapid Transformation Therapy and the hypnosis protocol from The Beat Retreat, and more. In bringing together all he learned, he established his own business, Remaster Your Mind, a mental health coaching company, that brings near instant results for his clients.  He offers a variety of services, from one to one VIP packages, to group programs.
