I'm very happy to have Gareth Evans back on podcast today. He was the first episode of the side series Triumping Over Trauma.  Today's conversation with Gareth focuses on not only his own concerns of navigating PTSD while in the military, but opens the conversation up to encompass so many who have felt for so long that it's not possible to ask for help. These episodes are meant to help educate, encourage and guide anyone suffering from trauma, PTSD, CPTSD and/or any of the related sypmtoms that may be causing you difficulties in your life.  Gareth is a British Army veteran who served for 20 years, including 15 with the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, and was frequently deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. The losses and difficult experiences, along with a history of a challenging environment growing up on a rough council estate in England, with a authoritative mother and a father with a fiery temper, eventually led to a diagnosis of PTSD for himself.  His own journey of trauma recovery led him to embrace Rapid Transformation Therapy and the hypnosis protocol from The Beat Retreat, and more. In bringing together all he learned, he established his own business, Remaster Your Mind, a mental health coaching company, that brings near instant results for his clients.  He offers a variety of services, from one to one VIP packages, to group programs.
