Dr. Vanessa Allen didn’t want to be an entrepreneur! But she had an encouraging husband who was a serial entrepreneur himself. He stayed in her ear about going into business for herself and practicing medicine the way she wanted.
This is what can happen when you stop taking your skills and talents for granted, and listen to the people around you who see what you sometimes don’t see!
Everyone doesn’t have a hype man. No encouraging spouses in their corner. No role models or successful examples of entrepreneurship within their networks. We all need one!
