Welcome to BANTER; the weekly podcast where we unpack Sunday's sermon. 
The boys get nerdy today as they explore some of the deeper significance of the Greek words in John 15 which are translated in the NIV as "remain" "prune/clean" (spoiler; they're the same word), and "friend". 
They also chat about the repeated symbol of Israel as a vine which weaves along the trellis of the Old Testament and reflect how spiritual practices can help us embody Christ's commission for us to "lay down our lives"
