Bryony Berry is a level 4 Cyber Defend and Respond apprentice within Centrica, who have an incredibly pro active approach to finding talent and developing a broad and diverse pool of employees. It's fascinating to hear her talk about keeping ahead of threats from Ransomware and and how you can keep becoming more effective within that type of role.
Bryony also talks about the way she introduced her natural strengths into the recruitment process. She'd never imagined that a love of and great aptitude for creative writing would help her to make a move into cyber security. However, her tenacity and ability to explain how this would enhance her communication with colleagues and how her natural curiosity keeps her ahead of the curve meant she got the job.
