Henrietta is a Human Resources leader with over 20 years of progressive experience within matrixed organizations, strategically aligning Human Resources with business functions to create a competitive advantage for the organization. Her experience includes working in industries such as information technology, manufacturing, industrial and process automation, and she is currently Senior Manager, Total Rewards, at Lykan Bioscience, a cell therapy Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization.
Henrietta graduated from Stella Maris College, Chennai, India, with a degree in Physics and has a post-graduate diploma in PM & IR from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India. She also holds certifications in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Human resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
