Human beings are wired for connection. All of our experiences culminate in who we are today.  What people see is a sculpted piece of art. We wouldn't change the chisel strokes, but it's always helpful to have people along the way who help us realize our potential. On this episode, I listened to Claude Silver, Chief Heart Officer at VaynerMedia, talk about her journey to a seat where she can positively impact not only the more than eight hundred employees of Vaynermedia, but all of those who may have struggled as she did.
